Thanks to the properties of these plants, this tisana fights intestinal gas, reduces belching, and discomfort while regulating intestinal fermentation. It is also recommended for gas from stress, and gas of unknown origins.
Recommended use:
1 Tbs. of herbs per cup of water. Boil for 3 minutes. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Filter and drink after a meal.
