This Tisana blend helps support healthy liver functions. The milk thistle specifically supports liver tissue while the burdock helps provide support to all excretory organs including skin, lungs, liver and kidneys. The other herbs help promote digestion.
Recommended use:
1 Tbs. of herbs per cup of water. Boil for 3 minutes. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Filter and drink after a meal.
Recommended for:
Those taking strong medicines-3 to 4 cups per day for at least one month.
Those wanting liver support-3 to 4 cups per day for at least one month.
General maintenance-2 cups per day for 15 days, twice a year.
For children 10 years or over-2 cups per day for 15 days.
