Scheduling: To ensure
that you get an appointment when and with whom you want, we
recommend that you reserve your next service prior to
leaving Essential Elements. All appointments must be
secured with either a gift certificate or credit card.
Failure to show for scheduled appointment will result in
full charge or loss of gift certificate.
Layaways require 25%
nonrefundable down payment with balance paid within 30 days.
Late arrivals may have to
alter service or require cancellation altogether.
No returns on opened
bottles or packages. All other returns within 30 days with
original sales receipt for store credit only.
Any cancellation or change in
appointment must have at least 48 hour notice to avoid
being charged full price of treatment fee.
Gratuities are
appreciated but not included in service fee. Gratuities may
be given directly to therapist or left for them downstairs.
All services are
subject to change without prior notice.
Please arrive at
least 15 minutes early for appointments as parking can
be difficult.
