| | We suggest at least one week in advance for services, two weeks for Spa Packages and four weeks for groups and weddings parties. Appointments for Spa Packages or multiple services must be secured with a credit card. |

CANCELLATION POLICY | | The time of your service is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours notice for Spa Packages. Failure to cancel in advance will result in charges to your credit card or loss of gift certificate. |

CHECK-IN | Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. For the comfort and safety of clients, children may not accompany parents to Spa.
As a consideration to the other clients, we ask that you please turn off your cell phones while at the Spa. |

PAYMENTS | | We accept cash, checks, travelers checks and most major credit cards. A minimum fee of $25 dollars will be charged for returned checks. |
