Essential Elements Day Spa was many years in the making.  As we coped with jobs, children, spouses, and all the demands of modern life we dreamt of a place you could go and feel the stress, pressure and tension drain from you,  a place you could pamper yourself for a few moments. 

As we dreamed of such a place, the concept of Essential Elements Day Spa began to take shape. As we coped with life's demands, we dreamed of all the things that pamper us that are so rarely part of our lives.  First, of course is a world class day spa with services found only at spas in distant and expensive locations. 

Now relaxed after our visit to our (then) imaginary spa, we browsed a shop filled with the same marvelous products we used in our spa along with small elegances of living from jewelry, to gifts to a wonderful array of books to soothe the soul, and the final touch.. carefully selected clothing.

Over time our dreams took shape, and now some five years later, Essential Elements Day Spa serves as balm for the soul as it soothes the body right in downtown Cooperstown. How often do you find your dreams a short drive or walk away...
