5 Tips for DIY Spa Facial

Are you fond of spa facials? It is an admitted fact that a facial is never considered to be a facial unless you’re lying down, with the delicious creams all over the face and the sound of distant seashore. Re-creating the professional experience at home can help you make your skin softer, smoother and less irritable, says Ling Chan (the minister of Gisele and Uma Thurman).

So why not get rid of all the expensive facials this week and pour yourself a nice glass of cucumber water.

It’s important that we manage to take some time for ourselves to take some rest in the presence of so many stresses. Everyone can’t afford the luxury of a day at the spa. Here we are going to share some tips with you that will help you treat yourself at home.

1:-Befriend your blender:-

When it is extremely cold outside and your skin becomes a bit chafed, whatever you have to do is go straight for the kitchen and dust off your blender. By combining just a little cold cream, yogurt, honey, aloe Vera gel, and avocado, then make yourself a hydrating facial mask. Using a foundation brush to paint your face with it, then allow the mask rinse and dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Voila! Your skin moisturized and senses refresh.

2:-Heal Things UP:-

Stash your daily body lotion along with a radiator or heat vent so it is warmed up when you rub it on before jumping into the shower. I tell you, there’s nothing better than rubbing on the heated, soothing lotion and getting from a hot shower. Simply bear in mind that the lotion will get considerably liquidier so it might rush from its container when it is not cool quicker.

3:-Even out Skin with a fruity solution:-

Take a freshly cut lemon and rub lightly on rough elbows and knees. Rough spots will soften on skin as well as lighten any places that are dark.

4:-Turn Your Shower into a Sauna:-

Simply turn you shower on and keep it running at its hottest temperature for approximately 20 minutes. Use your favorite relaxing oil for taking a warm washcloth and spray while the water is running and the steam is building. Take a deep breath of your soothing oil-scented steam putting the washcloth up to your face when stepping into the shower. It helps clearing up the sinuses.

5:-Take your vitamins:-

The winter months can be brutal on the face. The key to super-soft and well-moisturized skin is a dime-size amount of vitamin E oil in your face under your moisturizer nightly. Yes, you may feel somewhat oily, but you happen to be going to sleep, so you will not see for long. And trust me, your face will thank you.

Use these DIY techniques and entertain yourself with a spa facial at home.
